How can I return my item and what is the return policy?

You may return any item for any reason within 14 days after you’ve received it. The box of your shipment will contain the return label.

How do I know if the merchandise is authentic?

Our product comes directly from high-end specialty stores and designer brands. We inspect the authenticity of each and every product and know that our business and reputation depends on it.

How can I change my order?

You may contact us directly within 24 hours of purchase. If a product had not shipped, we will pull it from the shipping line and refund your purchase.

    Is there a restocking fee?

    No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

      What are the shipping and returns costs?

      Domestic GROUND shipping if free. If you return an item a return charge is subtracted from the refund.

        How are the products packaged?

        Product is shipped with original manufacturer’s tags. We use high quality standards to pack and deliver your product.

          How are the items shipped?

          We use standard FedEx ground shipping. But customers may choose a 2-Day or Overnight shipping options. An extra shipping fee will apply.

            Can I exchange my item?

            Items should be returned and a new item purchased.

              What if something is damaged or wrong?

              You may return the item for a full refund.
