Terms of Sale

Order Confirmation:

  • Order confirmation is done shortly after an order is placed.
  • Order Confirmation email is NOT an acceptance of your order; it is just a confirmation that we have received the order.

Order Acceptance:

  • Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and theFinds will be completed when we email you to confirm that the order has been accepted and the goods have been shipped. Orders will not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:  if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment;  shipping restrictions, not acceptable to us, apply to a particular item;  the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards; or  you are not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
  • theFinds will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from theFinds whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on theFinds, refusing to accept a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun, provided such action is in accordance with these Term of Sale and our Terms and Conditions.
  • While every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted If you order a product that is priced incorrectly, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and the goods have not been shipped, we shall refund the full amount. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.      

Shipping Information:

  • Tracking number is provided within 48 hours of purchase dispatch excluding United States weekends and holidays.
  • All shipments are done via FedEx carrier.

Shipping Destination:

  • Domestic Shipping within the Continental United States only.

Shipping Cost:

  • Shipping cost is free for standard shipping.
  • Overnight or special delivery costs are paid by the customer. Special instructions must be provided.

Returns:

    • FINAL SALE
      Items may have minor imperfections or damages consistent with shop wear.
      All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
